Psychotherapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, relationship challenges, and general life stress. I offer virtual and in-person session (in Toronto, Ontario). My holistic approach includes the use of mindfulness, somatic therapy, inner child work, CBT, DBT, and other mind-body interventions.

Eryl McCaffrey is a mindfulness-based and compassion-focused Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP). She takes a holistic and person-centred approach to therapy.

This means that Eryl meets you where you are on your journey, and she works collaboratively with you to set and meet your therapy goals. She offers holistic assessment and treatment to address and explore the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of who you are to help you thrive in your life.

Eryl has 10+ years of experience as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, and integrates mindfulness practices like guided breathwork, mindful reflection, and meditation into her sessions.

Eryl specializes in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and general stress pulling from Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, and Narrative Therapy.
